Easy to make an appointment. Easy checking. Phlebotomist did a fast, painless, draw. Made sure the right tests were being performed. I felt at ease throughout the experience.
The young man who drew my blood (six vials) did an amazing job! Not only did he glide the needle into my vein smoothly and without causing even a twinge, I did not experience any bruising, which amazed me. Wonderful service - I only had to wait about 10 minutes for them to call my name. Thank you. March 2026 Made the appointment online, check-in was quick and easy (no sign in required, just one click), wait time was just a few minutes, staff was accommodating, skilled and very courteous.
Every person I have encountered at this facility has been kind and efficient. They all seem to enjoy their jobs. Very welcoming.
If you have an appointment at a not busy time, they get you in right away. I've been going here for a few years but yesterday I had a really lovely and fun phlebotomist
