Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Check in process was quick and easy. The process went quickly and smoothly.
I went to Quest labs at Evans, Georgia, this week to have a blood test that checked my progress in lowering cholesterol. I was greeted by a very personable, knowledgeable nurse who was an expert at drawing blood in a very gentle way. She was friendly and answered all my questions.. I received my results the very next day. Now I know how I can use the lab information to change more of my dietary intake and this is invaluable. Thank you Quest Labs! I recommend you to all who take their health seriously.
Vera was amazing, kind, and caring!! I didn’t even feel a thing when she drew my blood. And that’s coming from someone who is terrified of getting blood drawn. Highly recommend her! She was a site AGKP and I would love to go back to see her again when the time comes. She’s a great phlebotomist. 5/5 for sure!!!
The elderly phlebotomist with black hat on literally bruised my arm, when she stuck needle in my vein to draw blood. Somebody needs to train her coz it shouldn’t be this painful and bruised. Even after few days, the bruise is still there. Every other phlebotomist at this lab is well trained but the recent one I got lacked skills.
