The staff was very professional. The blood collection went fast. No issues. Everything was clean, neat, and organized. The location was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to friends, family members, or colleagues.
Do not communicate via email or portal but then you’re expected to wait on hold for an hr to speak with someone who basically rushes you off the phone once you finally get connected . Issue wasn’t resolved & billing was a nightmare . I hope to God I never need to get labs again here . There’s not a “local office “ where I live everything is sent out so there’s no person to talk to which isn’t their fault I guess but at the same time is frustrating. Should’nt take 6 months to resolve an error on their end .
They are incredibly quick for checking in and getting the appointment over. Also, I seem to recall this is the only lab I know of where I can go in and talk about Pathfinder/D&D. Thanks Priscilla! She wasn't my phlebotomist today but the gentleman who was, was quite adept at getting a good sample with a minimum of pain effectively once we got the paperwork squared away.
Easy to get to, easy to check in, fast to perform tests, and quick turnaround for results (<24 hours in my case). Very satisfied.
