I struggled to check in and they called me back and quickly checked me in, did my blood draw and I was done in a very timely manner. The man who did my blood draw was very experienced and explained each part of the process to make sure I felt at ease (since there were a lot of viles of blood he was taking). I did not even feel it when he inserted the needle. It was a very good experience!

I scheduled my appointment with anticipation and was never informed they would be closed for that time being, and had to call them to reschedule. Will not be come here again!!

The staff was very professional. The blood collection went fast. No issues. Everything was clean, neat, and organized. The location was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend your service to friends, family members, or colleagues.

Do not communicate via email or portal but then you’re expected to wait on hold for an hr to speak with someone who basically rushes you off the phone once you finally get connected . Issue wasn’t resolved & billing was a nightmare . I hope to God I never need to get labs again here . There’s not a “local office “ where I live everything is sent out so there’s no person to talk to which isn’t their fault I guess but at the same time is frustrating. Should’nt take 6 months to resolve an error on their end .
