Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center is amazing! Excellent patient experience, terrific staff, convenient location, and facility is all updated. You can quickly check in at the kiosk, get expert phlebotomy & other services, and be in and out in 10 minutes or less. Plenty of parking. Laboratory is adjacent to the PSC so it enables lab results to be completed even faster. Highly recommend!
I had to schedule an appointment just for a drop off sample. Got there for my appointment and had to wait for over 30 minutes. Everybody with appointments after me got called and I kept waiting. Quest always gives me a lot of problems by not processing my exames at all or delaying it. But this time was quite worse because I was quite sick and having to wait that much
