Very disappointing experience!!!!!!!!!!! I had labs drawn on Saturday, September 12, and was later told the specimen was hemolyzed, so I had to return for another blood draw. I came back this morning, had to wait again, and received no consideration for the fact that I was only there because the original specimen could not be processed. What made the experience worse was the staff interaction. When I tried to explain how inconvenient this was, I was interrupted and essentially told I did not need to explain it. Great facility and staff. Easy appointment and wait times. Highly recommend if you’re needing blood work. Definitely will use them again.

Not sure why this location has a low star rating — maybe it’s from an older staff, because the team working now is excellent. The new receptionist was great, and Erica was phenomenal when drawing blood samples. I registered online, and honestly, you don’t even need the receptionist if you’re comfortable using the kiosk. I can see how it might feel intimidating for some elderly patients, but the process is simple: phone number, date of birth, and driver’s license. The kiosk walks you through everything step‑by‑step.
