I would give 0 stars if possible. Check in at 11:00 said I have an appointment at 1:40pm. Show up at 1:25 and I am not in the que to be seen. No staff in the lobby to help sort out the situation. After knocking on the door you get major additude from staff and the manager that was with her. This waiting room only has the non working kiosks(meaning when you make an appointment it tells you that you have one) , but you don't. Horribly run and managed. Tell your doctor to send you anywhere else but this joke of a place
Everyone was professional and courteous
I scheduled an appointment at this location for a urine drug screening. When I arrived, I was told — in a very unprofessional manner — that they were not conducting urine screenings, only blood screenings. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. What was especially disappointing was that the staff member who made the announcement did not offer any alternative solution.
