The phlebotomist Kiwi certainly impressed me with her skilled delivery of care, confidence,and compassion…her practice, her track record I experienced that made Quest Diagnostic McDonough my favorite choice!
The check in kiosk was easy to use and I didn’t have to wait long at all to be called back to see a technician. I had a really good experience.
The team members that I interacted with were excellent and the service I receive was top-notch.
Rebekah was an amazingly talented, kind, empathetic lab technician who made the experience as easy and fun as having blood drawn can be. Realizing the number of people these technicians see daily, the ability to remain human and patient must be extraordinarily difficult. She was clearly intelligent and talented, but also fantastic with bedside manor. If there is a spot to request her by name, I would chose this person every time.
