Very fast and easy! Also very convenient to not wait for the Doctor to get a test ordered for what I had done.

Have to admit I was NOT a fan of Sonara Quest when Lab Corp closed the offices closest to my town. However, attitudes and rudeness has disappeared. At this location i am always treated with respect and kindness and the Techs listen to me when i explain i am a hard draw. They do care and are helpful and listen.
Staff were professional and courteous. No long wait to have labs drawn.
Easy fast check-in, minimal wait (I had an appt scheduled and was seen on time, I do not advise doing a walk-in; while they are accepted, this location is always busy and it’s best to have an appt), competent and kind phlebotomists. I have tiny, hard to hit veins and have had to resort to needles used on preemies in the past but the techs here always hit my veins on the first try which is nothing short of miraculous.
