Patients need to be treated with more respect by employees here, especially if it’s someone’s first time doing a test. I don’t recommend this location.
I just left this Quest location and had a disappointing experience with an employee named Diane. As someone going through this process for the first time, I felt the instructions could have been communicated more clearly. When an issue came up, she became visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and talked over me instead of explaining things professionally. Appointments don't seem to matter as you'll be waiting quite a while regardless. Also unable to reach a human on the phone. What an awful place
