We visited the Fredericksburg clinic and were very fortunate to have Ayat for our daughter’s phlebotomist. Our daughter has CP which keeps her from supinating her right arm and also has really small veins. Ayat really took the time to check both of her arms and hands to find the best vein, all the while, talking and laughing with our daughter to make her comfortable. Give Daniel a raise! He was so kind, a great communicator, and went above and beyond to take care of me while simultaneously caring for other patients in the queue, while navigating an issue with my orders. Facility was clean and everything ran smoothly. This will be my new go to location because of the excellent service I received.
