This morning, I had an appointment for lab work at Quest Diagnostics at the Fredericksburg Rd location in San Antonio, TX. The phlebotomist, Julissa, was professional, courteous, friendly, and very skilled. She explained everything in detail and was all smiles. She made eye contact frequently. I could tell she brings a high level of energy and engagement to the workplace. I was very impressed. Many thanks for your service!
Easy check in online. Easy check in when you arrive. Location great! Facility incredibly clean and neat. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
