Arrived and there was plenty of convenient parking. Easy to register. I recommend to schedule as they take you promptly. I was a walk in and I had questions about logging in. Wanted to ensure it indeed log me in. Daniel was friendly and very helpful in helping me with the process. They were able to fit me in promptly. The monitor in the lobby kept me informed of the waiting times. I strongly advised to make an appointment.
I felt no pain while bloodwork being taken. The phlebotomist did an excellent job!
The entire experience was fast, efficient, and felt very professional the entire time. That said I still found my technician/nurse very personable and friendly. I also appreciate how up-to-date and current all the equipment and technological aspects of the facility seemed, and I really appreciated how consistently clean and sanitary everything always is there.
Tiffany did a very good job from start to finish , she was very helpful.
Ana was friendly and a great patient service provider!
