I’ve never written a bad review before but this is twice ive been here, I set an appointment I show up, I check in, I see my name on the list, then as it gets close just disappears. Wait 20 mins and everyone’s names after is called but mine. Check in again, name goes on board then disappears and no one has called my name. No one can stop to answer or address the problem.
