Easy to find standalone location
Making an appointment was very easy, there was a facility nearby, and the technician that drew blood was professional and personable. The only critique I have to offer is that the door to the office would slam shut if the person coming or going didn't catch it. This isn't a big deal, just something I noticed.

In and out quickly. The lab staff member that drew my blood was exellent-barely even felt it. I felt like a formality at first, but after making some effort in engaging her, she was more personable...but feeling like I am just 'one more person' in healthcare is not out of the ordinary in today's standards. The Person who drew my blood, I am so sorry I do not recall her name she is african american. Beautiful lady with long black dreads/twist/braids. She was absolutely lovely. I could not have asked for someone more caring. She also had great bedside manner and was so very respectful and patient. She did great with the phlebotomy aspect of the stay and was very clean and organized. Because of her I would certainly return.
