I had a great experience! Having an appointment worked perfectly. I arrived, checked in, and was called right away. Everything was quick, organized, and very efficient. I really appreciated how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!
If you can, go to another location. This location failed to listen to my daughter’s request for a butterfly during her blood draw and ended up fishing in her veins. I just found out from her Doctor that the location failed to complete all the tests that were ordered for no apparent reason. Dr had to reorder the tests. It is unbelievable that I have to pay for another appointment to get a test done that should’ve been completed the first time. What a failure by this facility.
