The ability to make an appointment online for a lab draw has been very convenient, as most Quest facilities can be quite busy. The staff continue to be very skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The staff is super friendly but the wait is exhausting with or without an appt smh be prepared to wait all day and don’t even bother coming in early your still gunna wait.
This place is great! Just make sure you have an appointment it's easy to do online. If you don't have an appointment, there will be a waiting time because this place gets super busy. My visit was quick and simple. The technician was very friendly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you and great job. The only issue right now is the road construction. When you go north on Armstrong after Herndon take the first driveway in because the second one is blocked
I went in there today and the lady that did my bloodwork was amazing but there was another worker there that was basically yelling at a person that spoke no English and I thought it was the most disrespectful thing ever I wish people would have more respect for people that can’t speak that good of English instead of yelling at them like yelling is going to change or do anything if you work in this type of industry, You have to understand some people that do come into your place might not speak that good English, but that doe... read more
