Very efficient, easy and professional to use.
The technician was extremely professional and personable. He described the process to me and ensured I was comfortable. He asked which arm I prefer for the draw, checked the area to ensure it was covered by the bandage, and kindly escorted me out. The waiting room was clean and there was no delay in my appointment time. Thank you for the opportunity to comment. This was the very best appointment of this type of I have ever experienced.
