Jamecia drew my blood and her skill level is amazing! I have had multiple bad experiences, but she is a PRO!!! She could really teach others her techniques! I appreciated her very much and really enjoyed speaking with her!

The phlebotomists are fantastic!
The check in system is flawed. I was just dropping off samples and some were frozen. I used the quick check-in method a tech another location showed me so that I *should* have been able to deliver my samples quickly. The kiosk gave me a number. I say and waited and waited. They were calling people by name, not number. The entire waiting room cleared and I was still waiting. A tech asked if I had checked in and I said yes I'm number 105 with a drop off.
