My visit went quickly and smoothly. Lisa was very nice, personable, and efficient at registration. I didn't catch the name of the woman who drew my blood, but she was also wonderful(friendly, fast, and great at her job).
Quest Diagnostics I was in and out very slowly this time with the maze they have setup now, but at least the Phlebotomist was very professional and cordial.
Today I had the worst experience with a worker named Nelly. She was cold, rude, demeaning, dismissive, unprofessional, and unpleasant. From the beginning she had an attitude, not speaking, rolling her eyes, and clearly wasn’t in the mood to work or draw blood. When she was setting up, I expressed which arm would be best to draw from. She chose the opposite arm.
