On March 10th I went to Quest labs at 7:10 am to have lab work drawn as a follow up from my ED visit. I went early in the day because this lab was to check on the viability of my pregnancy and I wanted my physician to have results as early as possible. I will absolutely be avoiding this Quest Diagnostics location moving forward. The woman working reception during my 4:30 appointment was dismissive, rude, and visibly rolled her eyes when one of my ordered tests wasn’t in the system. When I asked whether my doctor could contact the lab to request an add-on, she immediately shut me down, repeatedly interrupting me with a blunt “no” before I could even finish my questions. The check in process was quick and easy and Nelly is an amazing phlebotomist.
It was a good experience. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The lobby wait time was short and the lab work was done in a timely manner.
