I had an appointment at 8:20, was called back after a couple of minutes of waiting, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient, and Vanessa, the phlebotomist, was amazing! Very gentle and friendly. Definitely would go back if I need to!
Been here over 5 times with 0 issues and under a 20 minute wait time, until today, from the start it was an awful experience, from an argumentative Tech, to over an hour wait time, last time I’ll be coming to this location, and maybe done with Quest all together. Worst Experience I have experienced here. And left with no blood work being done
Rachelle was excellent and she took cared of my folks with lots of care and attention. And the other nurses were nice too. The visit was exceptionally fast.
Vanessa was great at drawing my blood very professional
