I made an appointment for a blood draw this morning and loved the convenience. I was greeted at my appointment time and was in and out quick/easy. The phlebotomist was friendly and personable. Thank you quest. 😊
Checked in and was given an appointment however; because I did not check in as a "Walk In" I waited behind those that did. Terrible customer service. I will never use this location again.
