The nurse who took my blood was very kind,professional and quick.Wish I had gotten her name,she has drawn blood from me before and I have always had a great experience there.
From the moment you walk in the door, there is no courtesy or any customer support of any kind! I had an appointment and was 10 min late. There were no customers and since the login device stated I was late I tried to get help. Instead I was met with disrespectful, nasty refusal of service. I know walk ins are permitted but the Quest rep REFUSED to help me and just told me to make an appointment! Why? No one was in the waiting area so why was I denied service? 3245 Nostrand Ave location is super convenient, efficient and stuffed by people that know what they are doing. I just learned that they will be closing down the building at the end of April’25 and I’m very disappointed. I hope they open another location near by.
