Great experience! The lady in the office helped me out with understanding how to purchase a test. She was nice, didn't haste, and everything worked out! Also, Ms. Gretchen was the one who took my blood sample, and when I told her it was my first time she helped me calm down, and even gave me water and time to chat so I can calm down after the process finished too. I was scared at first but she helped me lots. Thank you to the staff on 4/20!

Super efficient and very friendly staff. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. No paperwork to fill out, easy to sign in, and a very good stick for drawing my blood. 10/10.
I was so pleased with the service and the phlebotomist that Drew my blood today at the quest diagnostic. I was nervous. You made me very comfortable. She took care of it quickly and the phlebotomist is Zara. Very kind, very lovely. And the lady at the front desk when I first came in was very pleasant. Very welcoming. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.
