I came in last Friday and their system was down but Jessica (Jersey) was amazing during the chaos going on around her. She was very apologetic towards the people who had to reschedule. She was also the one who drew my blood and she was great and very professional!
Courteous, friendly and competent service. Real easy. I recommend this Quest for sure.
Quest is a wonderful place to go for labs. Angela at the Irmo, SC location is wonderful! You cant go wrong here.
I had a pretty good experience here today. I get a lot of anxiety with blood draws and the staff was kind, patient, and made the process as easy and comfortable as possible. I really appreciated how they handled everything and would definitely recommend this location! The tech did forget to take the tourniquet off while drawing blood, but it wasn’t on too long… I’ll just be more aware of that moving forward anytime I’m getting blood taken.
staff are phenomenal, they take walk ins really fast, good experience
