On the spot service, very knowledgeable, caring and very friendly atmosphere.
I went to the Irmo, SC location. The check-in was super easy. I wanted to give a special thanks to my Lab Technician Christopher. He was exceptional. He drew 4 viles of blood before I could bat an eye. I'm considering getting the yearly plan due to the ease of the experience.
I walked in at 0800 without an appointment for a drug screen. The lady at the desk kindly let me know that they didn’t usually do drug screens until 1100 but they could take me because they weren’t busy right then. I was back in my car by 0815. You get 4 minutes to pee so drink lots. Super professional. Super easy. Great experience.
It was incredibly busy and staff was very patient with each person there and were clearly trying to move as quickly as possible to reduce wait times.
