Nicole and Tammy are phenomenal, empathetic techs who take great pride in their work. I always feel respected and cared for when I come in. As a repeat client who receives regular blood work, I’ve been going here for years. I have vasovagal syncope and need to lie down, which is always accommodated. The blood draw is quick, painless and done with care. Building is old and run down, terrible first impression. The waiting area is small, no receptionist. Had to check in on a kiosk. It was small and crowded. There was only one phlebotomist and they were more than an hour behind because of it, but waiting in the hallway, no one told us. I only knew because someone who was leaving told us. I ended up leaving. I can do my test elsewhere, another time.

This company has the worst service possible. They are not open for testing when they say they are open ( particularly the Yorkville location) and then they also don’t send your results to your doctor. I refuse to go there at all!
