You walk into a seemingly abandoned office. No people just a free standing computer screen. You check yourself in but, if you have any questions you are out of luck. Try to grab someone as clients come and go and they are unpleasant. I drove an hour to come here. Won't happen again.
I live in Yorkville and will drive to another city before going there again. It’s been about a year since I’ve been there. But a middle aged white woman did my blood draw and had thee ugliest attitude I have encountered in healthcare. Demonic almost. Slamming things, she slammed the door open to the lobby asking for my name. I should’ve spoken up and said no thank you before following her to the back. She’s going to scare everyone away!
The girls in Yorkville are so nice and nice to chat with!! They make you feel extremely comfortable!! Thank you for what you do!!
My visit was quick and easy. Easy check in, almost no wait time and the procedures went quick. I had actually changed my check in time because of Uber wait time and it worked out perfectly.
