The tech was complaining about the temperature of the room, and she had dog poop on the side of her shoes. Usually with the other tech when drawing blood you could hardly feel things but with the tech I had it was painful.
I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. From the moment I walked in, the lab technician who was blonde middle aged and wearing teal scrubs was very cold and stern and did not greet me or provide a welcoming experience. The blood draw itself was also more uncomfortable than I’ve ever experienced. Afterward, my arm was swollen, tender, and bruised at the draw site.
