I was worried based off of some of the negative reviews about this location, but the lady who drew my blood was so sweet and excellent at her job. She made sure I wasn’t feeling lightheaded at any point of the process. I have a history of feeling a bit woozy at the sight of my own blood, so she discretely hid the vials and talked to me the entire time to keep me distracted. She got my vein on the first try and it wasn’t painful at all. I had multiple labs ordered from my provider and she took 2.5 vials of blood for them. The... read more

I have had the same lab tech several times in a row and is ALWAYS condescending, rude, incompetent and downright mean. Also, apparently quest either changes policies and/or procedures constantly or she is lying every time i'm in there and she puts up new blockers. yesterday she claimed that she couldn't draw for all my tests in one standard appointment. i was stunned! i've been coming in regularly for years, often with a long list of tests and big draws but never an issue. i will no longer be a quest customer since these iss... read more

This nurse clearly has zero experience in taking blood. The initial reaction to the needle was pain and then bruising that has persisted 5 days later. I’ve never experienced such a bad blood draw. Avoid at all costs.

They never sent my test results to my health provider, and like too many big companies who don’t care at all about their customers, it’s impossible to reach a human on the telephone. They have a garbled audio recording directing me to a URL that can’t be understood because the audio quality is so poor. There are no appointments available, so I’m going to have to sit and wait for a walk-in spot just to tell them to send my results to my doctor.
