Worst experience ever. My son’s doctor in St. Louis sent me here to drop off a stool sample because he’s been having really bad problems. I tried calling multiple times with zero options to speak to a person. So I go in to drop it off but I have one hour from the time it leaves the fridge to the time it enters their fridge. There was only one worker there, no one at the window they are behind a locked door. Quest has the rudest help and customer service. They act like you are an inconvenience. Would NOT recommend them for ANYONE
