Very easy app to use, schedule your lab work on a day and time you want!! Check in was super easy on my phone
The person who draws my labs always does an excellent job. I am not an easy stick but she is awesome at drawing my blood. Friendly and professional. I would suggest making an appointment not just popping in as they are really busy sometime. I wouldn't get my blood drawn any where else.
Mt Vernon location is terrible. They honor walk ins before appts. Appts are at least an hour longer before you are called. No words can describe the frustration felt in the reception area.
This place absolutely sucks no receptionist kiosk check in and apparently when it tells you 10 min that means an hour you guys should close up shop and let someone that doesn't suck take over
