Best to make an appointment as they take appointments first. Everything else goes fast. Ask for the plastic cup to take home to collect urine for your next visit. It makes it much easier.
I've been waiting for 2.5 hours just for these people to take my urine. No front desk to speak with, no bathroom to slightly relieve myself in the meantime. I can't believe they're running this tremendously slow, we're talking over 10 minutes per patient, and there's hardly been anybody here. All this for a test that takes maybe 30 seconds of my time. Waited an hour beyond my appointment time and finally needed to leave to get to different appointment
Easy to schedule and very pleasant and qualified technician.
