First time I went here for my lab work. There was a problem with my orders from my doctor and the girl who drew my blood had it fixed right away. And I didn't even feel the needle. I wish I knew her name cause she was great.
These are NOT Laboratory Patient Service Centers they ARE Patient ‘Self’ Service Centers! I scheduled my OWN appointment. I registered my OWN information. I checked MYSELF in. I validated my OWN specimen labels for the blood tubes. I was taken ahead of 3 other patients who had been waiting for the site to open! The required computer access IS NOT meeting the needs of the LARGE geriatric population of Geauga County for their laboratory services!
