I would give zero stars if I could. I was there for a specimen drop off, something that I confirmed with my doctor, my previous Quest technician, and Quest’s hotline did not require an appointment. When I arrived, the staff insisted I needed to check-in on the kiosk, an option that either forced me to make an appointment or be added to the end of an extensive wait list. will tell you you can wait outside send a txt by the time they send the text they already moved your appointment and you have to wait, super unorganized they need to get it together.
This place is wayyyyy too hot for a medical facility that handles waste like urine, feces, and blood. It was hotter inside the facility than outside and It’s summer !! The heat is unbearable and makes me question how safe and sanitary this place is. Bacteria are thriving in that heat and that’s concerning. Makes me wonder how safe it is to breathe in there especially being a covid testing site. Minimal wait and friendly staff on the day that I visited for a pre-employment drug test. I made an appointment online and checked in using the kiosk.
The woman who took my blood told me that myself and my doctor will have results the next day or the day after. No results on day 4. When finally got someone on the phone, she informed me that results will take a few more days. When asked her why I was misinformed at front desk, all she kept on replying was that after it's sent to lab, it may take a few more days.
