First time I had blood drawn, there was a problem with one of the vials making it unusable and no one really had a clear explanation of why. I'd give that 0 stars. Went in for the redraw and my experience with Teresa was 10 stars so I'll average that out and call it 5. Still wish Quest was more clear and communicative with me about what happened. When you call their number, you get a general line so reaching someone to find out what you need is super hard.
Service is fast and professional.
Tawnyn was absolutely wonderful!!!! She was very kind and understanding. I didn’t even feel the needle when she put it in! She has such a light touch. I’m an absolutely wonderful technician

Terrible service, how about putting a sign up for lunch hours and posting that here online as well, people have jobs and things to do too and you can’t just waive people off like that. Highly unprofessional and extremely poor business practice to not disclose lunch hours when appointed time slots aren’t available
