Ten minutes late. The lady was nice and no hassle.
Came here with lab order and appointment. Assumed it would be an easy appointment since I had my order. They had no idea what they were doing. Didn’t let me get my order because my order didn’t have my doctors “NPI number.” Going to a different lab. They are no help
Healthcare is already a challenge to navigate. This location adds rudeness and apathy to an already difficult situation. No matter how nice you are, you’re received with discontent.
Delilah provided the best customer service. She was very gentle and very customer friendly. She deserves to be recognized ☺️
