Very convenient app made things very easy to make my appointment and to check in. Staff were friendly and interactive.
Black lady who I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with was very rude and unprofessional, made comments that were completely unacceptable and she should be fired without a doubt. No appointment walk in and she acted like I ruined her day for doing what she gets payed for. Complained about me being in my phone (had the testing paperwork pulled up) the backpedaled with no remorse. Hope I never have to go back and deal with her, also she touched my butt asking what's in your pocket when there was nothing in there. Fingers... read more
