I took my 6yo here for labs; it was her first time having blood drawn. Camille was so comforting and did a fantastic job. My 6yo didn’t even flinch and I couldn’t believe it!! Also, I had an order from the neurologist that their system didn’t recognize, Camille was patient with the process and helped problem solve. Incredible. I am so pleased we went here and would tell anyone to do the same!
I came in already overwhelmed, and left feeling relieved—not because the situation disappeared, but because the staff handled everything with calm, professionalism, and empathy. The environment was clean, the process was organized, and I never felt judged or brushed off. When healthcare feels human, it matters. This location gets that.
I can’t say enough good things about Shelby at Quest Diagnostics. My husband was extremely nervous about having his blood drawn, passed out the first time, and Shelby was unbelievably patient, calm, and kind through the entire process. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and never rushed or judged him. Truly grateful for her care and compassion.
My visit with Quest was at the location inside of the Walmart on Pontiac trail in Michigan. It was very early in the morning 7:20am on Saturday 12/13. My tech was named Michelle. I can not say enough good things about her. She had a patient prior to my visit that was around 4 years old and the patience she took to do her job was one successful and two the little person came and smiled at her when it was all over.
