I take my mom to the Quest in Shrewsberry because it is so close to home. We have never had a problem or a long wait. We usually get the same Phlebotomist, and she always remembers us and is always professional and nice. Thank you.

I've been dreading a trip to this place to get my blood drawn. I don't like needles, scheduled appointments, or being around a bunch of potentially sick people. I chose mid morning on a Tuesday in the hopes it would not be crowded. It was. I didn't have an appointment. I almost turned around and walked back out. I don't remember the name of my phlebotomist, but she was wonderful. She was very caring and kind and spoke clearly enough that I could understand her through a mask and I'm using hearing aids.

Great experience! I checked in at the kiosk, was seen within a few minutes by a lovely woman, blood draw was quick. I was in and out in mere minutes! Fantastic!!!
