I know common sense is in short supply, however, why not state in the directions for Waltham woods in Towson that the office is inside Safeway Supermarket 🤭. It would really help.
My husband had an appointment today at the Waltham Woods location in Carney. The guy he saw there said he couldn't find his account. How incompetent!! He went to another Quest location and there was no problem. I would never go there!!!!
I had a very pleasant experience at this quest diagnostic location. The tech was so pleasant and the whole thing went without a hitch. I made my appointment yesterday. I arrived today at the required time and checked in at the kiosk and that was it! It all worked like clockwork! One thing, I could not find the quest diagnostic because I didn't know it was in the Safeway next to the pharmacy. So for all of you guys that go there for the first time that's where you'll find it 🙂 thanks again for a wonderful experience!
I had a very pleasant experience in the Parkville location, the location in Catonsville was horrible. I wouldn't recommended anyone to visit that location. The staff was not pleasant nor acted like she wanted to answer my questions. The Indian staff member tried to hurry me,while asking questions. She repeatedly stated "I dont know" do you want to be seen or not. Since the staff member tried to belittle me, I requested a cancelation and went to Parkville. The treatment was beyond expectations. This is the absolute best location for Quest. During my cancer journey in 2019 the lab tech knew me by name. I went out of my way to use this location today. Just went in for routine bloodwork and the young lady took me right away. There was no wait, she was competent and kind. Very professional and quick. Couldn’t be more happy. Thank you
