I had a confirmed Quest appointment for a pregnancy glucose screening at this location. After arriving for my scheduled appointment, I was told that this site does not perform glucose tolerance testing. There is even a sign posted stating “No Glucose Tolerance Testing.” I showed the staff member my appointment confirmation, including the location, date, time, and reason for visit (“Glucose”), but was still told the test could not be performed at this location. I had a 3rd phenomenal phlebotomist experience there today. There's was over an hour wait for walk in, no apmnt availability despite attempting to make an apmnt @8am, and im still leaving thrilled, 3 orders completed on the 1st try with 0 bruising thus far. The skills ive seen this office has are totally worth waiting patiently for! (+add heat. Applying a hot hands helps so much!)
Go elsewhere. Very unreliable service hours. They might be open when you get there; they might not.
