I recently had my thyroid removed. As such, I have to get lab work done. My doctor who is in Ada ordered my lab work to be done at Mercy Hospital in Ardmore. I went to Mercy, and they sent me to Quest. They took 3 vials of blood, and I recieved partial result of the tests ordered. The rest of the tests still say in progress a week later. Anywhere else I would have had the results the next day. I rely on the blood work to get my life sustaining thyroid medications set to the right dose. I love this lab!! They are so good at what they do. Fast, precise and very nice.
My husband was seen by his Infection control doctor in Sherman, Tx and was ordered to take 24 test. We live in Ardmore, Oklahoma and have always used DLO (Diagnostic Laboratories of Oklahoma) when my husband arrived at DLO they said they needed to clarify some test. The test was not ever taken after 2 days, so we pursued to go to Quest Diagnostics to do the labs. The lab techs were excellent 3 ladies worked together to get all test ran and labeled in a timely manner. We appreciate their urgency to help us in this matter.
If someone would answer the phone would be nice. The phone system to make appointments does not work.
