Refused to honor my appointment. Waited an hour before I had to leave. Would give 0 stars if I could.
I had an appointment at 3:40 and I got there 10 minutes early. Door was locked , no note on it. Another woman came in who had an appointment and she got a text that said appointments canceled. I'm disabled and I needed this urine done before my chemo. Getting around isn't easy. I called their phone and only got prompts, no person. Pathetic!
Open 8 waited after 9 no one there
I first went as a walk in and it said next available appointment was in 2 hours when no one was even waiting. Then I made an appointment for another day because my labs required fasting. I got there early but couldn't check in until 10 minutes before my appointment. I heard people talking (turned out to be staff) in the phlebotomy room, and was called in 2 minutes early. Not sure what’s going on at this location, but it needs addressed! For the past two Mondays, my husband had appointment at 7:40 AM and upon his arrival no one has been at the facility to do blood draws. I see that there are other reviews before mine stating the same thing with no response as to why the facility is not opening at the appropriate time for individuals.
