The lab tech at this visit was the best I've had. Personable, respectful, efficient, and very good with needles. One stick, and that was it.
Normally I have a good experience here but today they have a sub (Jennifer p) who is not happy about working here. She told everyone that the person scheduled called in so she had to come over from another location. She gave everyone a lecture about needing appointment and then took someone ahead of me without one. Her excuse "I'm running behind" The aggressive attitude is unnecessary. She tried to make small talk once I was in the back but she had already pissed me off so the fake friendly didn't do anything for me
Short wait time. Didn’t even feel the needle go in my vein. Better than the hospital visit.
The north ave location was great, the phlebotomist is kind and welcoming and was very helpful. She was able to print the requisition required and did a fantastic job with the blood draw. If you are going to quest in this area, I would recommend this location and recommend you avoid the West Ave location, where the tech is extremely rude and unhelpful.
Got me right in and took care of everything. Great service and very friendly. Will definitely go here again.
