Why do you have appointment slots open if you're going to close and not inform anyone?
Had an appointment today, drove there, and the place was locked up solid. Funny thing is I just made the appointment about 20 minutes before end. Why would they take appointments on their app if they are closed?
Quest does a good job
The lab is in a nice clean building, the wait time was short, about 5 minutes. The staff member working the computer was courteous and efficient, however nobody introduced themselves to me. Phlebotomist (blonde, long hair) looked for needed vials and after finding them joked with me about drawing all 50 for my required test. I am not against a joke, if the professionalism is there.
