Techs are awesome. I am a hard draw, but they get it 98% of the time on the 1st draw. However... I had a 2 pm appointment. My prior appointment at 12:45 was canceled due to some emergency; since I was already out and close to the lab, I arrived at 1. I sat there until close to 3pm while walk-ins went ahead of me. That's just wrong!!! When I arrived, there was just 1 person ahead of me, a walk-in, but after me came a steady flow of walk-ins. All of which were seen before me.
