The technicians at the Parish Drive, Wayne NJ location are very friendly and proficient. I highly recommend this facility.
I always have my blood drawn there prior to doctor visits. Technician Myrna is great. You will never know blood was drawn.
Super unhelpful lady there, she was negative from the beginning. My email clearly said I could’ve chosen a location closer to home rather than the suggested one and she vehemently refused to assist me because the address stated was not the Wayne one. She “looked” it up but then if they couldn’t do it why did another Quest location do it. I always go to Labcorp but I was obligated to come to Quest for this test. If I have to go to quest I’ll go to Clifton or Hackensack. Teach that lady some compassion at the least.
I'm always very pleased! I'm always taken at my appointment time or with very, very minimal wait; the phlebotomists are expert, gentle, caring and precise. Wonderful!
