I had a very disappointing experience at Quest Diagnostics. The wait time was almost an hour, which was frustrating, especially when I had an appointment. The staff were also very rude and not welcoming. On top of that, the needle used felt unusually large and made the blood draw much more uncomfortable than necessary.
Scheduled a bloodwork for 920 am and arrived at 910 am . Checked in and by 920 am I was called. Great service.
We go to this location every year for our annual bloodwork in connection with our annual physicals. No issues, this time in fact we had 8 am appointments. No on in the lobby, no wait. We were in an out with no issues by 8:20 I think? So fast. One small complaint - seeing you have to use the restroom for urine samples, it would be nice if there was actual hand soap (there was a bottle located on a small table below) but on the wall, and a touchless sink along with paper towels.
