Great facility - Small size gives it a very good feel / much preferred compared to most massive LabCorp locations with many people in the waiting room! Schedule online / click the text message you receive as you walk in, and you're already in the queue ahead of any people waiting at the single terminal to sign in. Staff was very efficient and friendly.
Worst location . Had appointment 8am now 9:18 still not called in terrible personal , no help just ignore your needs
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff member assisting customers was extremely unprofessional and appeared to be disorganized and unsure of what she was doing. The overall service felt chaotic and poorly managed. The appointment system also does not seem to be followed properly. Even if you schedule an appointment, customers are still being called in based on a first-come, first-served approach. When I arrived, I waited for over an hour and a half.
