Singular employee here, Erin, was awful. She was watching TV on her phone when I walked in and sat down, not realizing that I’m expected to check in on a computer and scan my own documents. I explained that I had an early appt because I had to do fasting labs. She claimed that my paperwork was not a doctors order. She drew one of blood in anticipation of getting the order; despite me telling her that one vile would not be enough for all the tests that I needed. The staff were very pleasant and there was no wait! I was in an out in 10 minutes. I will definitely come back to this location for future blood work.

Absolute miserable woman working there yesterday. Everyone she dealt with made a face or comment when they walked out to warn the next of just how unpleasant she was. I sat there for an entire hour because, "appointments come first", which she barked at us. When I look at the appointment scheduling page, appointments aren't available every 5 minutes, so why could she never take the people that were sitting there since the doors opened?
