If I could leave 0 stars I would! I made an appointment online no problem. The day of my appointment I showed up on time for it (1:10pm appointment) and there was a sign on the door saying they closed at 12:00 sorry for any inconvenience! Why was I still able to make an appointment? And why did no one call me? I had to drive 30 minutes to get here and the bloodwork I need is important to get done asap. I am very upset they should be ashamed!!! This is delaying important patient care
I have always preferred Quest because I was able to get in and out quickly. But over the past week they canceled prescheduled appointments twice—both on the same day of the appointment. And this location is always behind schedule. For some reason Quest is no longer reliable.
Very smooth process, in and out in 15 minutes.
