Technician was very good at taking blood. She also suggested how I could resolve a paperwork issue and saved my day from being a waste of time. A+++++++++++
Online Scheduling was user friendly. I received a text prior to my 7:10AM appointment time allowing me to confirm my presence and check in was complete. Jennifer my Phlebotomist was friendly, professional and proficient with a pleasant personality.
It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment and check in. I opted for Quest Mobile since I don't drive. The technician was wonderful, very skilled, and easy to talk to while prepping and taking my sample.
