On time great service very CLEANE
Phlebotomist was not kind, at all. I informed her that I bleed slowly and she took the needle out and tried a smaller needle. After digging in the same place (which left me bruised), she just took the needle out and told me that I needed to wait for someone else to do it. I get labs frequently and have never had issues. My blood was just flowing slowly. The other staff was at lunch and they told me to come back at another time. She didn’t bother to get my urine screening done. My scheduled appointment was unfortunately denied due to the facility's requirement for pre-payment before insurance processing, a condition I was unable to meet. Consequently, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience and will not be utilizing their services in the future. My previous positive assessment of their efficiency has been significantly altered. Furthermore, I recommend that sensitive patient information be handled with greater discretion to maintain privacy.
