I'm probably writing her name wrong, but I'd like to thank you again for the incredible and human service. My son is 5 years old, autistic and needed to take several samples, she was super patient and careful! congratulations Taquila we need more people like you in the world.

I’ve been to this location twice, and forever my last time to walk into this facility. Never have I experienced disrespect and terrible customer service as I experienced in this location!! 🙁🙁🙁

The worst service for walk-ins. We had appointment for 9:20 in the morning and had to travel 40 mins as we couldn’t find any open appointments at the nearby locations, because of traffic we got late by 15 mins and they cancelled the appointment and put us in stand by. We are waiting and the person drawing blood just told us that they will take stands by until 11:20 and won’t be able to get anyone else. The other old lady was so adamant and rude. Could not understand phlebotomist. Advised at the start that it would be best if they took blood from hand-NO!! Ended up with this! Btw- he could only get blood from the hand! Pictures attached

Had to give blood, which has always been painful, but Myra did my blood draw today and it was 100% painless! Give this lady a raise!
