Complaint Regarding Appointment Scheduling Issues I scheduled an appointment through the Quest Diagnostics website for 4:00 p.m. When I arrived 11 minutes early, I checked in on the app and waited outside. At 4:00 p.m., I had not been called in and discovered that the door was locked. After knocking, an employee came out and informed me that the location was closed.
