Service is always outstanding and check-in process is seamless. I never spend more than 10 minutes there. Office is clean and well run. Phlebotomist was excellent! She was personable but professional! Well done Quest!
The lady that called me back to the room and then took my blood was very rude, dismissive and lacked professionalism. With her attitude t did not want her to continue but I needed the test and didn’t want delays. So I stayed quiet. Taking blood is normally not very painful but this was. I will never return to this location in Tracy.
The nurses are really unprofessional, I brought in my kid brother he’s 2 years and two of the nurses tried to find his vein but they couldn’t, we left with no blood work done cause of how bad he was crying and the pain he had, please if you have a kid don’t bring them here. This situation happened with my mom as well multiple times, they couldn’t locate the vein of an adult. I’d advise to go somewhere else.
