Excellence par perfection---right from reminders for the appointment, to check-in and called and greeted. The phlebotomist was soft spoken and knowledgeable and did NOT let me feel more than a pin-prick. The facility is always clean and orderly.
Great fast service for lab work but can get busy certain days I'd recommend making appt which will be in & out in less than 20min from appt time. Walk-ins are hit & miss it's fcfs
When I arrived, I informed the phlebotomist(don’t know her name she was not wearing her badge or she was wearing under her lab covering) that I have difficult veins and requested a butterfly needle because I have previously experienced multiple pokes. I also mentioned that I had hydrated well beforehand. Despite this, she dismissed my concern and stated confidently that my veins “looked fine” and that I would only need one poke.
