My Visit was extraordinary in that my phlebotomist went the extra mile to get me information about orders and how to collect samples. She took the time to mark all the containers and instruct me on storage, etc.
Doctor ordered an emergency test. I went from the doctor's office to the Quest lab and checked in as a walk-in. The status screen on the wall in the waiting area kept me informed of my position in the wait queue so I wasn't kept feeling like it might be forever, or possibly like I might not get in before the day was over. In fact, it was even faster than I thought it would be. Love the status screen and the fast and efficient service.
I had an appointment for 10:30. I arrived at 10:00 and checked in. They called me in at 10:02 (surprised me, because there were other people waiting in the lobby). The tech was very quick and painless. I was done and out before 10:15.
Nice and friendly staff. In and out in 10 mins. Get an appointment.
