3.5/5 - Got my blood drawn here for GoodLabs. Appointment was at 9:50 but didn’t get in until 10:15 or so. I expected a wait so I wasn’t shocked. When I arrived the entire waiting room was full, this was Wednesday. They could definitely use a bigger waiting area, it’s the size of a bathroom. I highly recommend only arriving with an appointment, if you’re a walk-in you’ll probably be waiting a while. When I finally got in the blood draw was very quick and easy. Only 3-5 minutes

With an appointment, it was a quick visit. Friendly staff. Excellent blood draw, no bruising at all.
Both Kate and Oceana were amazing. They helped us figure out how to get into our account faster and also helped us check in at the kiosk. They were true to their word about keeping our place in line and as to when they would approximately be able to get to us as walk-ins. Throughout the encounter, both Kate and Oceana were pleasant, patient and professional. Overall, a great experience, and that says a lot, especially when it involves blood being drawn!
If they send you a bill, make sure you didn't already pay it. They screwed up on billing for me...
