I had an appointment scheduled for 7:40 AM, but by 8:15 AM I still hadn't been seen and had to leave. Is it really acceptable to make patients wait more than 35 minutes past their scheduled appointment time? A short delay of 5–15 minutes is understandable, but waiting over half an hour without being seen reflects poor organization and a lack of respect for patients' time. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Quest just sucks in general. Friendly staff but their app and website verification are awful. Not user friendly whatsoever and no phone number (no live proper to help) or way to get help with accessing test results.
Technician was efficient verified all information. The appointment went very well.
