The person did my blood work did not know how to draw blood. It hurted like hell the whole long time she kept poking around my vein ! And, i got a huge bruise afterwards !
One hour late. Not the first time at this location. Waited 45 minutes last visit also.
I had an appointment scheduled for 7:40 AM, but by 8:15 AM I still hadn't been seen and had to leave. Is it really acceptable to make patients wait more than 35 minutes past their scheduled appointment time? A short delay of 5–15 minutes is understandable, but waiting over half an hour without being seen reflects poor organization and a lack of respect for patients' time. I was very disappointed with this experience.
