Called and set up a payment plan well before the due date, then they sent me to collections anyways with no warning
Rude, rude staff! Waited 25 minutes after checking in. At least one person who arrived after me was shown back. I went to the door and waited until the male staff member with glasses opened it and I asked about my appointment. They said they were backed up and to go sit down. Then he brushed past me, cursing under his breath. He called another person back who arrived after me. Never again going to Quest.
Made an appointment when I got there and I was taken back pretty quick. Friendly and helpful staff and very professional.
Avoid at all costs. Not friendly. Understaffed. Long wait times despite having an appointment.
