I have been going to Quest for blood work for years and so far I pleased with the help I get and everyone polite and treat me with respect.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. They took my blood sample and later informed me that it was lost. This is extremely unprofessional and concerning, especially when patients trust them with important medical testing. Because of their mistake, I now have to repeat the lab work, waste more time, and deal with unnecessary stress. No one provided a clear explanation or a proper apology for what happened. Excelente la atención, fui sin cita para unos exámenes a mi hija de 9 años eso si me fui a las 6 am y no dure ni 20 min esperando muchas gracias.
Collected 8 blood samples, tested only 4, lost 4 vials, didn't perform tests, and did not notify patient. Worst service possible.
Me atendió una señora llamada liz o luz hablaba español , fue muy brusca en su trato entro gente al cuarto cuando estaba sacándome sangre y se puso a conversar con ella moviendo la aguja mientras hablaba les juro nunca me ha dolido tanto el brazo. Tenía que hacer un copago y le dije que hoy no traía dinero no se si fue por eso o solo está acostumbrada a eso . Solo era sacar sangre y ya
