I went to the location at 105 West Stone Drive; easy to get in and out. They did a great job, made appt, (If you can I recommend to make appt); got in as soon as I got there! Tina, was my Lab Technician and she was very friendly and did a great Job. I
Fast check in was seen right on time they drew my blood and out the door in just a few minutes nice polite staff
The convenience of this location is a 10/10. But the condition of the bathroom l have been directed to more than once, is much less than favorable. This time, the automatic flush on the toilet had not worked and it was full of yellow liquid - liquid that had the full possibility of splashing back onto my skin if I try to use it this way. 🤮 The time previous to this, I entered the bathroom I was directed to and sitting there on the small table was someone else's sample still waiting to be picked up!! Only problem was the wait time. But you gotta wait for anything medical
I was the Guinea pig today a new girl training was trying to take my blood and she poked me and just squirt come out and she popped my vein I guess and the other tech had to stick me again now I have a big old tennis ball size bruise on my right arm….it has always nice place. I just got the wrong person this time.
