Rose at quest in Lenexa was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Did not feel a thing with the blood draw! 10/10
Scheduled an appointment online for a blood draw. The check in process was quick and easy. They were busy because it was the week of Thanksgiving. The staff who drew my blood was friendly and checked to make sure everything was right.
Tajha was great and very quick. Made doing my employment-screening a lot faster (and more enjoyable). Thanks!
THE WORST! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE OVER THE PHONE, THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE.
ALERT! FALSE POSITIVE OF LIPASE...get a recheck from a different lab company. Tried to contact by phone and the ENTIRE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS GARRBLED...hard to understand and a real person cannot hear my information, had to yell into my microphone and still VERY HARD to get my information correct. Rather than transfer my concern to the actual lab section bounced it back to ordering doctor. Is that ordering doctor going go there and recalibrate that piece of faulty equipment? NO I think NOT!
