What happened?? When I was at the Lenexa service center 6 months ago, it was an amazing experience. No wait, a lovely tech who was very skilled. This time: checked in via app. A PACKED waiting room, so I waited outside and kept looking at my phone app. Finally, a fellow patient opened the door and asked if I was Patricia and that they called my name. I went to this location today for the first time - I get blood drawn every few weeks due to having Lyme disease. Rose was so wonderful! She took her time and made me feel comfortable. I didn’t even feel the poke. I will be asking for her next time!
Rose at quest in Lenexa was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Did not feel a thing with the blood draw! 10/10
