This site is prompt and I alway have my appointment on time. Greeted with a smile. I like my blood testing fast and furious (ok not furious) but fast so I don't feel that needle. I did not feel a thing, which is kind of rare.
This is the most horrible place to go for lab tests, they do gets paid , they are not working for free and I came from Russia and in Russia you don’t wait two hours when you have an appointment and people supposedly be kind and smile and treat you like a human being . They dont even care to provide any form of care and understanding and they have no place to check in jackets. How painful needs to be a simple bloodwork? Try this place. Painfully wiggling and maneouvring a thick needle around, and pressing the forearm to make blood "flow" into the tube, and saying "it shouldn't be painful" while you're obviously in pain. Never again.
Be prepared to wait over an hour in a waiting room. It has been consistent for a couple of months. It used to be in and out but now it’s really bad.
