I made appointment @ 10 am, and waited for one hour to get called
On 02/28/2026, I visited Quest Diagnostics at sleepy hollow drive and had a disappointing experience with the phlebotomist. She seemed rushed, panting heavily, curt, and didn't fully hear me out when discussing my concerns about lab tests. She doesn’t have their name tag to identify the person. Asking questions was discouraged, which made for a poor overall experience. I wanted to verify and confirm the script I had in my hand was the latest one from Doctor. It was not. It was clear their was no supervision that day. They took walk ins before appointments and was 45 min past scheduled appointment before being helped.
