Waited over 30 minutes with a scheduled appointment. The woman drawing blood seemed to be training and was not recieving any advising from the woman I assume was training her (she was on her phone almost the entire time). This resulted in me being stuck twice in 2 different places after the first needle was put in popped out of my arm and I was bleeding on the chair. I have never had such a terrible experience at quest before and will not be returning to this location.
I waited 20 minutes for an APPOINTED I made while 7 people came in for Covid tests. Asked how much longer it would be and said we don’t know. DISGUSTING
