Jennifer the Lab Tech was very professional and knowledgable on her work, also very courteous.
The blood draw was seamless, and the person who executed it was a great communicator. He explained every step which I appreciated and made me feel calm. And asked me questions to make sure I was comfortable. He provided excellent service!
