I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics on West 26th Street. Jenny, my nurse, was exceptional—kind, thoughtful, professional, and incredibly efficient. I’m genuinely terrified of needles, but she put me completely at ease and was so skilled that I barely felt a thing. The entire process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. Jenny is a real asset to the team, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Horrible experience! Rude, nasty, and unhelpful. I was never told I needed an appointment to drop off the specimen and when I asked for help, TWO staffers were dismissive and just disappeated. Choose a different location!!
I was so scared after reading some of the reviews on how the blood draw hurt but my experience was really good. NOT walk in - made reservation online, checked in on time, went in on time, blood draw was so smooth and painless, out in like 6 minutes. Recommend this location
