The technician that took my blood sample was cold, rude, indifferent, and mumbled when she spoke. Normally experiencing a blood test is a non-event. This time it was very painful and I was left with a large purple and painful bruise, with photos to prove it. Avoid Quest Diagnostics on Highland Springs in Beaumont, they are terrible!

Greetings, Veronica who drew my blood was very professional, observant, and competent. She listened to my concerns and followed my recommendation as to where she could draw the blood most efficiently. I give her 5 stars.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all, and as usual, the facility is dirty and unsanitary. There is trash on the floor, the restroom is filthy with debris on the floor around the toilet, dirty door handles and sinks and is in great need of a major cleaning from floor to ceiling! The only positive aspect of the visit was that after checking in on my phone, I waited less than 3 minutes before being called back to the room for the blood draw.
