This the 3rd time I have had a morning appt and NO ONE has shown up. Last time I waited an hour and they finally came. Once they were there the phlebotomist was great but they have a serious scheduling issue
Hours are from 7:30 to 11:30. I had an 8 am appointment. Two people ahead of me. I left at 8:30 as no technician had yet shown up (an hour after opening).
The electronic check-in works great; I waited less than 10 seconds to be seen!
This is inside the grocery store. I repeat, inside Safeway, towards the back.
